6 Week Summer Bootcamp
Open to all levels!
Starts: July 13th
Class times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6pm PLUS optional class Saturday 10am
The bootcamp is a great way to start your fitness journey. We will give you a nutrition plan and recipe book with delicious, healthy and easy to follow recipes, awesome classes where you will learn correct technique and burn fat and accountability coaching to help you stick to the program!
**Limited spaces available**
Due to the current circumstances we have as many health and safety measures in place as possible to keep you safe including:
- social distancing
- your own 6x6ft workout space
- cleaning and santitizing equipment before and after your classes
- temperature check on arrival at the gym
- facemask protocols in place.
