6 Week Weightlifting Course with Coach Chris at Texas Strength Weightlifting Center
Friday Evenings at 6pm-7.30pm
During this six week course athletes will learn the progressions for the snatch, clean, and jerk as well as auxiliary exercises and accessory movements to address individual weaknesses.
All experience levels are welcome. Athletes with an olympic weightlifting background, competitive CrossFit athletes, and fellow coaches can all gain experience and refine technique in this in depth course. Weightlifting shoes are recommended, but not required.
Space limited to provide individual attention and quality of instruction. Course is instructed by USA Weightlifting National Coach and L1/L2 Instructor Chris Jeansonne.
