This course is designed to get you on track with your fitness, nutrition and accountability!
We work with all levels of fitness, ability and ages through the challenge and scale movements and workouts to suit you!
Easy, simple meal plan to follow including a recipe book, shopping guide and cooking tips!
Challenge includes an InBody Scan before and after the challenge to see your results over the 6 weeks.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6pm for one hour
Optional Saturday Class at 10am for 30mins.
