Join our 'Sober October' Nutrition Challenge!

5 Challenges:
1) No Alcohol
2) Water Intake
3) No Sugar
4) Exercise for 30mins 5x/ week
5) 3 portions of vegetables/ day

Once you sign up for the challenge you will get access to our challenge though the 'TRIIB' app where you can log your points each day.

Before and After InBody Scan (valued at $99) is included in the challenge plus before/ after progress pictures.

The person with the most points at the end will get a prize!

*You do not need to be a member to enter the challenge*

Daily Goals

No Alcohol

No Alcohol for 30 days.
2

No Sugar

This can be subjective but to make it simple:

- Only natural sugar is allowed (fruit)
- No artificial, chemical, alcohol or processed sugars are allowed
- Check labels on any food for hidden sugars such as Sucralose, aspartame, saccharin, xylito

Water Intake

This is calculated by your bodyweight:

Body Weight is oz plus 10#
4

Vegetable Intake

3 portions of vegetables every day

1 portion equals 3/4 cup

Weekly Goals

1

Workouts

5x/ week of at least 30 minutes.
