Sip & Squat!
Join our first Sip & Squat at EaDo this October!
The first of 3 events we will be holding over the next few months so if wine isn't your thing stay tuned for details on 'Weightlifting and Whiskey' and 'Barbells and Beer!'
The Sip & Squat will consist of one hour of lifting with our own USAW Texas Strength Weightlifting Head Coach, Chris Jeansonne, followed by a wine tasting with Wine Sommelier David Holland.
